I am currently providing therapy through telehealth only.

• Individual Counseling: $175 per 55 minute session

• Relationship Counseling: $160 per 55 minute session / $190 per 80 minute session

• Initial Psychological Evaluation: $200 per 55 minute session

Limited sliding scale options are available for financial hardship, please contact me to discuss my current sliding scale availability.

Payment is required at the time of our session, and 24 hour notice is requested for cancellation. I charge a fee of $100 for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.

I am in network with: PacificSource Commercial Health Plans. I am able to bill Oregon Health Plan Care Oregon as an out-of-network provider.

I am out of network and am unable to offer billing for all other health plans. However, I can provide a receipt (called a “superbill”) for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, if your insurance will cover out-of-network mental health services.
